Food and beverage facilities play an important role in artistic and cultural establishments and add to the overall user experience. Yet, the same food and beverage services are often faced with an additional design layer “to be seen, but not smelt”.
SDG places extra emphasis on the ventilation aspects, noise mitigation and equipment selection to ensure the resultant food odours do not permeate into viewing spaces.
We have worked with amazing galleries and spaces both in Australia and overseas. From fine dining Michelin starred restaurants through to fresh cafes, pop up outlets and on to industrial kitchens and bars, we appreciate every establishment has different priorities to meet the needs of the spaces, their exhibitions and galleries. To allow their visitors with a unique and memorable experience.
